Please expect slight variations in colour and texture due to the handmade nature of these articles, size that you select and lighting effect.

There may be slight irregularities in the wood and paint which adds to the uniqueness and vintage charm of this exquisite item.

All our products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless the product delivered is broken/damaged, or a wrong product is delivered to you. Any complaint that is reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

• All of our products come pre-assembled.
• Our delivery partners will deliver the orders at your address, however you will have to arrange manual assistance for placement and lifting if that requires.
• We or our delivery partners are not liable for placing and lifting the orders inside your home or if you stay in higher floors.
• Please note that these are handcrafted, solid wood heavy items. Kindly make appropriate arrangements for manual assistance for placement and lifting.

 All our mirror frames are shipped without mirror glass as these are fragile to ship. In case you want it with mirror glass please add a note while placing the order or whatsapp us at +919899647911.

We shall take appropriate packing measures however we will not be liable if the mirror glass breaks in transit. If it does break in transit it can be easily replaced locally through a nearby local glass store.

 Any order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of the order placement. There will be an administration charge of 5% applicable.
